Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be added, as laws requires, unless proper exemption certificates have been provided.

Terms

All credit account sales are due within 30 days. Any invoices not paid with in terms, shall be charged a late charge at 1-1/2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law if less than 1-1/2%) on the unpaid balance.

Orders

Our locations offer truck delivery service within their trading area for orders above $300. Check with your local branch for delivery schedule. Non-stock material ordered for COD customers require 100% deposit.

Returns

No goods or materials will be accepted for return without prior approval or after 90 days from the original purchase. Unused material in resalable condition and original packaging will be accepted and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Non-stock material may not be returned.

Warranty

Associate Refrigeration extends to the original purchase the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item. Warranty does not cover the following; consequential liability or damages, improper usage or tampering. If the manufacture does not allow warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the replacement item.
